Nathalia Nasralla is the founder of Aduba, a creative laboratory that investigates the meeting points between regeneration, culture, imagination and expression. She writes for Complete on culture, sustainability, regenerative economy and environmental innovation, with the perspective of someone who has spent more than ten years creating projects and experiences of social and environmental transformation. She researches ecofeminism, systems thinking and regenerative culture, and created the C.E.R. methodology, the Regenerative Engagement Commitments that guide Aduba’s journeys. She is an associate director of AECOA, in Garopaba, and vice-president of the Instituto Canto das Águas, where she helped raise more than half a million reais in public funding for the regeneration of the second largest lagoon complex in Latin America. Before that she founded Castly, a platform that connected more than 600 professionals from the arts to fashion and advertising brands.
