Sarah Rocksane Araujo

Sarah Rocksane Araújo is a fashion and beauty writer at Complete Magazine, an Indigenous descendant of the Guajajara people and a doctoral candidate at FAU USP. A designer and communicator, she is also a researcher in decoloniality, ethnodesign and fashion. She won the Aracy de Carvalho prize at ENERI, was named one of the 30 voices fighting for change in communications by Papel e Caneta in 2022, and served on the jury of Clube da Criação in 2024.

Rafael Silvério

Rafael Silvério is a fashion designer, style coordinator and founder of Silvério Brand. Across thirteen years in Brazilian designer fashion, he has signed twelve collections and seven editions of São Paulo Fashion Week, leading teams of up to two hundred professionals across styling, executive production, casting and communications. Recognised by Vogue Brasil as one of the active voices of the new generation of Black fashion, he is also a co-founder of Projeto Sankofa, an initiative dedicated to racial diversity in fashion, and has taught styling and fashion production. At Complete, he writes a monthly column on culture, fashion and the intimate processes that run through those who create.

Gilles Pedroza Leite

Gilles Pedroza Leite is a 3D artist, researcher and professor, holding a doctorate and a master's degree in Intelligence Technologies and Digital Design from PUC-SP. He works at the frontier between design, games and new technologies, with work in 3D modelling, animation, visual effects and augmented reality. He teaches at FAAP, PUC-SP and FECAP, in design, digital games, multimedia, engineering and advertising, and previously taught at Senac São Paulo. He is the author of Games, Ludi & Ethos, published by Editora Blucher, and Metaverso: Uma Nova Forma Social. At Complete, he writes about culture, design and innovation.

Indaiá Militão

Indaiá Militão is a designer and strategist with more than 25 years devoted to the intersection of design, business and experience. She writes for Complete on design, product and architecture, with a perspective formed in the practice of someone who watched design stop being a technical matter and become a strategic one. She has worked in eighteen countries, at Embraer, General Motors, Volkswagen, Meta and Nubank, and signed projects such as the interiors of the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 jets. She sits on the board of Centro Brasil Design, is a guest professor at Fundação Dom Cabral and has judged design awards for nearly a decade, among them those of the Museu da Casa Brasileira, the Instituto Tomie Ohtake and the Brasil Design Awards.

Nathalia Nasralla

Nathalia Nasralla is the founder of Aduba, a creative laboratory that investigates the meeting points between regeneration, culture, imagination and expression. She writes for Complete on culture, sustainability, regenerative economy and environmental innovation, with the perspective of someone who has spent more than ten years creating projects and experiences of social and environmental transformation. She researches ecofeminism, systems thinking and regenerative culture, and created the C.E.R. methodology, the Regenerative Engagement Commitments that guide Aduba’s journeys. She is an associate director of AECOA, in Garopaba, and vice-president of the Instituto Canto das Águas, where she helped raise more than half a million reais in public funding for the regeneration of the second largest lagoon complex in Latin America. Before that she founded Castly, a platform that connected more than 600 professionals from the arts to fashion and advertising brands.
