Bahian architect Carol Barreto makes her debut at CASACOR São Paulo 2026 with Samadi House | Powered by Denza. A presence at CASACOR Bahia since 2022, she signs a 114-square-meter space conceived from a trip to Bali and a parallel between the Indonesian destination and southern Bahia.

From Sanskrit, samadhi designates the deepest state of meditation, the one in which mind and heart integrate. In the outdoor area of the Parque da Água Branca, movement and silence come to coexist, as the architecture guides the visitor toward the experience of well-being.
The concept rests on the 17th Parallel, an imaginary line that crosses both the Bali region and the church of Quadrado, in Trancoso. More than a geographic fact, the parallel symbolizes, as the architect explains, a mirroring of energy, nature and sensitivity between two territories distant on the map, but akin in essence.
Amid the intensity of São Paulo, the space emerges as a breather: a steel-frame refuge bringing together a pantry, veranda, a gym for weight training and floor practices, a spa with hydromassage, a private sauna, a massage room and tropical gardens. The project accompanies the launch of the Denza Z9GT, reinforcing the dialogue between living and electric mobility.
