Artificial intelligence already guides the purchase journey of 66% of Brazilian consumers, according to a survey by Branddi with Conversion. The study reveals that 5 in 10 Brazilians (54%) have already bought a product or service directly influenced by AI recommendations.
Even amid this new behavior, the survey reveals distrust: risk of incorrect information (45%), misuse of personal data (36%), and biased suggestions or disguised advertising (30%). The research maps how AI has already become part of consumer decision-making in the country.
