Casa de Criadores N57: Le Benites, Talentos Senac, Marlo Studio and Creations Lil

Casa de Criadores N57 opened its programme at the Centro Cultural São Paulo with a set of shows that reveals the range of research under way in Brazilian fashion. The four labels that marked the start of the week show how contemporary design is articulated through performance, training, textile reconstruction and independent authorial practice.

Le Benites: movement as the axis of construction

Le Benites opened the edition with a show choreographed by Cisne Negro Cia. de Dança that returns to the designer's relationship with ballet. The performance served as the starting point for reading the collection, which explores a sporting aesthetic combined with the physicality of movement. Cutaway vests, fitted jumpsuits, elasticated shorts and T-shirts with muscular figures make up the series, while the label's already recognised upcycling work remains a highlight. This season, materials from the lingerie industry were incorporated into ribbed knit dresses, tops and compositions that reinforce the brand's sensual identity.

Talentos Senac Moda: material research and diversity as foundation

The collection Nude Total, developed by students of the Fashion Design degree at Senac São Paulo, proposes a reflection on the multiplicity of Brazilian skins. The 28 looks presented investigate tones, textures and structures through a repertoire that widens the traditional notion of nude. The project was guided by Senac teaching staff, with creative consultancy from João Pimenta and support from the Sou de Algodão movement in sourcing fabrics. The show makes plain the institution's role in training new designers and in strengthening professional paths that bring together technique, research and social responsibility.

Marlo Studio: textile reconstruction and collaboration

Marlo Studio presented the collection Intimate Dive, the result of a collaborative process with Senac Moda. The proposal investigates upcycling as an aesthetic and methodological tool, with textile manipulations that put surfaces and volumes under tension. Under the creative direction of Márcio Lopes, the collection marks a moment of transition for the label and points to new possibilities of construction within Casa de Criadores, above all in the dialogue between sustainability and visual language.

Creations Lil: debuting from the margin as a gesture of affirmation

In its first appearance at CdC, Creations Lil presented the collection Undergrounders, which values independent production made at the margin through radical upcycling and handwork. The work of designer Marcelo Mariani brings pieces built from extreme recycling and visible seams, creating an aesthetic that combines urgency, identity and experiment. The debut reinforces the event's capacity to reveal new voices and to widen the repertoire of narratives within authorial fashion.

Together, the four shows form a clear picture of the moment: Brazilian design remains diverse, restless and in constant renewal. CdC57 only confirms it.
