Now in its 14th edition, "Descentralizando o Acesso", a program of the Inhotim Institute's Education and Territory Department, once again puts the role of art collections in the contemporary world on the table. In this year marking the institute's 20th anniversary, the project takes shape through an online course, in-person immersions, pedagogical visits and a residency aimed at educators and teacher-training students from across Brazil.

Held in Brumadinho (MG), the program uses the museum's collections as a starting point to think through access to art and teacher training as a possible path toward cultural decentralization.
