Exímia, the São Paulo bar led by Márcio Silva, Gabriel Fullen and Nicolas Fullen, with chef Manu Buffara, consolidates its place on the global cocktail scene through an authorial signature: technique, study and cultural repertoire translated into drinks of declared Brazilian character.

It's this repertoire that Silva takes around the world, presenting his approach in different markets through travel and collaborations with prestigious bartenders, as well as a presence at industry events. "We translate that study into the creation of unique drinks, which can take hours to prepare," he says.
These moves work less as promotion and more as a showcase for work that's already consolidated, spaces of exchange that widen the bar's international projection.
