On Saturday (May 30), JHSF opened CJ Boa Vista Village, a shopping center integrated into Boa Vista Village, in Porto Feliz, in the interior of São Paulo. It has more than 15,000 m² of gross leasable area and around 100 operations spanning retail, art, leisure, services and gastronomy, with a curation of national and international brands, including debuts unprecedented in Latin America.
Integrated with the Boa Vista Surf Lodge hotel and neighboring Fazenda Boa Vista, the development expands JHSF's recurring income and, more symbolically, marks the first time the Cidade Jardim flag has stepped outside the São Paulo capital. The architecture is by Pablo Slemenson, the interiors by Sig Bergamin and Murilo Lomas, the landscaping by Maria João d'Orey. Among the international brands, Louis Vuitton opens its first store dedicated to the resort collection there.
In the central area, a carousel designed by Sig Bergamin welcomes visitors as they arrive.
