Managed by Oetker Hotels, Jumby Bay Island, in Antigua, announces the arrival of Coco Beach, a new property in its residential portfolio. Completed in 2025 and already welcoming its first guests, the residence unites the scale and privacy of an exclusive home with the service standard of an ultra-luxury resort.

It spans over 22,000 square feet built and five beachfront acres: 200 feet of private white sand, reserved sea access and views over Antigua, the Atlantic and the neighboring islands. The architecture bears the signature of Andrew Goodenough, the interiors are by the New York studio Stelle Lomont Rouhani, and the landscaping, by Nievera Williams Designs.
Highlights include a 75-foot heated infinity-edge pool, a rooftop deck facing the sunset, a cinema cottage and dedicated padel and tennis facilities, plus wellness and yoga areas. The language combines lime plaster, bleached sapele wood, silver limestone and custom-made furniture, in a contemporary reading of Caribbean style.
