The Mahanaim Arquitetura studio, led by architects Ana Maria Miller, Elisa Torres and Tainá Torres, arrives at Casa Cor 2026 with the living room "Permane(ser)", a 42 m² space that combines warmth, affective memory and technology.

The project starts from a simple idea: the comfort and aesthetic of "grandma's house" can be reproduced without giving up currency. Parquet flooring, wide-framed pictures, a turntable and a typewriter share space with contemporary solutions, in an exercise in balance between history and sophistication within a compact apartment.
