During the DW! Semana de Design de São Paulo, Marché Art de Vie presents the installation Permanência, open to the public at its store on Alameda Gabriel Monteiro da Silva. The work is part of the DW!15 programming, an edition that celebrates the festival's fifteen years and proposes reflections on the concept of Legado Criativo, or Creative Legacy.
Marché Art de Vie operates as a space for curation and circulation of contemporary design, bringing together authorial objects, limited edition pieces, and projects that bridge art and design. By participating in the DW! Semana de Design de São Paulo, the brand inserts itself into the circuit that, each year, mobilizes stores, galleries, and studios in different districts of the city, consolidating the event as one of the main meetings of the sector in Latin America.

The Permanência installation begins with a simple gesture: writing letters. Pages from old books suspended in space form a visual landscape constructed from writing. The visitor is invited to participate in the work by recording messages that can be stored or sent later, extending the experience beyond the exhibition space. The proposal recovers gestures associated with the time of waiting and physical correspondence, now rare in everyday communication.
During the installation period, Marché Art de Vie also presents launches from the Sui Objetos brand, conceived in dialogue with the proposal of the work. Among the pieces is the sculpture Menina e a Carta, created as a conceptual extension of the installation and integrated into the store's curation.

By proposing a pause within the intense programming of DW! Semana de Design de São Paulo, the installation connects memory, writing, and collective experience. In a festival that brings together hundreds of activities across the city, projects like Permanência demonstrate how design can also operate as a space for cultural reflection.
