Fashion meets furniture in an unprecedented collaboration between Alexandre Herchcovitch and Feeling. The partnership presents a limited edition of the Elefante armchair, a design by Mauricio Bomfim, one of the recent icons of Brazilian design. The launch took place in São Paulo and marks a direct meeting between fashion, architecture and interior design.

The Elefante was conceived from the observation of a baby elephant. The drawing is born of organic curves and well defined volumes, which create an enveloping and precise seat. Recognised within Feeling's portfolio, the piece now gains new readings under Herchcovitch's eye.
The designer developed eight exclusive fabric compositions, turning each armchair into a unique edition. The idea starts from a simple and direct concept: to dress the furniture. As on the runway, each version translates identity and style, carrying the gesture of dressing into the home. There will be 150 numbered and signed pieces, aimed at collectors and admirers of Brazilian design.

During the launch, Alexandre Herchcovitch said his aim was not to alter Mauricio Bomfim's design, but to add a new layer of reading. According to him, each armchair carries the same logic as a runway show, in which fabric becomes language.
The campaign, directed by Editorial22, explores that idea visually. Model Daiane Conterato appears wearing exclusive Herchcovitch pieces made with the same fabrics that cover the armchairs. The result is a narrative in which fashion and furniture occupy the same symbolic territory.
The collection will be available at selected points of sale. Feeling's website will list where the pieces can be bought.
